Everything about this hotel is nice especially the location of the hotel. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel while you travelling in Kathmandu. The rooms are very nice with comfortable bed and pillow. They greet us very warmly while our check in time and through the stay.

Excellent staff and service. The made to order breakfast was excellent. Ritesh, Yasoda, and Nemon were happy to prepare local dishes and were a pleasure to interact with. The reception desk was fantastic with any requests and happy to assist. The rooms were older style yet comfortable. The rooftop lounge provided a nice view of the city during happy hour. Kathmandu is a very busy city. Although a little removed from the central hub, it was a welcome change to have somewhere quiet and safe to retreat from the bustle. The people, that is what makes this place special.

Wonderful service and a great introduction to Nepali food! Will definitely eat here again. I’d never tried daal bhat before (the national dish), and was apprehensive about doing it wrong, especially as it’s meant to be eaten with the hands, but the staff were very patient and showed me exactly how it’s done - and, most importantly, it was absolutely delicious.

The amenities the food, and the quality of the service are simply amazing. Ftom the doorman, through the Front Office and all across it was wonderful. Everest is conveniently located 100 m from our office. The staff could not be more friendly and attentive, the buffet breakfast is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. It would be helpful if there were plugs closer to the bed, but that is the only downside I can think of.

Really good hotel with all thlle facilities you need. All the staff were extremely friendly and ready to assist in every way. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast, Sushan, Yashoda and Ritesh were particularly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you

I was happy staying at the Everest hotel. This is more of a 3 star hotel in Western standards than a 5 star. This hotel does not have the same quality as a Four Seasons/St Regis. Pros: Everyone who works there are very friendly. Service was amazing. Location was 15 mins from the airport and 20 mins from the crowded Thamel. Perfect for introverts. Love the breakfast buffet. The common areas are clean, such as the dining area, lobby/reception, hallways, and pool. The valet/parking area are well maintained. There are always security guards at the gates. Felt safe. Cons: My hotel room is beautiful but could use some work. The shower head needs to be replaced, it looks rusted. The water pressure when I flush the toilet is high that the water will splash on the toilet seat and on the floor. The closet has a smell.

We really loved staying at this hotel as we immediately felt very welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly and took a huge initiative and effort to let us have the best possible experience. Himal, our waiter for during breakfast time, brought us local traditional food to try and explained us about it. He made our stay here truely memorable. Many thanks for everything 🥰
